Role : Product Owner Location: Bangalore, KA Exp: 10+ years Job Description: As a Product Owner for Digital Banking, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and enhancement of our digital banking products and services tailored specifically for businesses. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, design, marketing, and customer support, to deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business customers. Responsibilities: (include but are not limited to): - Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital banking products based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, user stories, and features for digital banking products, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals. - Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, continuously refining and reprioritizing features and enhancements based on feedback, market trends, and business priorities. - Work closely with engineering and design teams to translate requirements into actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of features. Provide real-time feedback. - Foster collaboration and communication across cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support, to ensure alignment and coordination throughout the product development lifecycle. - Drive successful product launches and adoption by working closely with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to develop go-to-market strategies, training materials, and customer communications. - Monitor and analyze key product metrics, user feedback, and market trends to evaluate product performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive iterative enhancements. - Stay informed about regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to digital business banking products, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Works with Product Management to set release dates, determine when sufficient value has been delivered to release to market. Required Qualifications: - Product owner experience, specifically in banking (Business Banking, Commercial Banking) domain. - Strong understanding of digital banking technologies, platforms, and trends, with a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands and make data-driven product decisions. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels. - Experience working in an agile development environment, with proficiency in agile methodologies, scrum, and product management tools. - Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance considerations relevant to digital banking products. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs. Proactive thought process is a must. - Ability to work both independently and within a team environment. - Ability to listen to and understand business needs. - Hands on experience on Jira and Confluence a must. - Standard industry certifications such as SAFe, CSPO, or PSPO are preferred.
