Position Real Estate Sales Manager Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Real Estate Sales Manager In this leadership role you will be responsible for leading and motivating a high-performing sales team driving revenue growth and contributing to the overall success of our real estate division If you have a proven track record in real estate sales exceptional leadership skills and a strategic mindset we invite you to apply and become a key player in our thriving real estate business Responsibilities Team Leadership Provide visionary leadership to the real estate sales team setting clear objectives and fostering a culture of excellence collaboration and continuous improvement Sales Strategy Development Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with overall business goals to drive revenue growth and market penetration Recruitment and Training Recruit train and mentor a team of real estate sales professionals ensuring a skilled and motivated workforce capable of meeting and exceeding targets Market Analysis Stay informed about market trends competitor activities and industry best practices to adjust sales strategies accordingly and maintain a competitive edge Client Relationship Management Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty Performance Evaluation Regularly assess the performance of the sales team providing constructive feedback and implementing performance improvement plans as needed Negotiation and Closing Lead negotiations for high-value real estate transactions demonstrating strong negotiation skills and ensuring successful closings Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with marketing finance and other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives and initiatives Reporting and Analysis Generate and present regular reports on sales performance market trends and team productivity to senior management Compliance Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements in real estate transactions maintaining the highest ethical standards Requirements Proven Sales Experience Demonstrated success in real estate sales with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Leadership Acumen Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team Strategic Thinker A strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives Customer Focus Customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and building lasting client relationships Analytical Skills Proficient in analyzing sales data market trends and performance metrics to make informed decisions Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills including strong presentation and negotiation abilities Team Collaboration Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including marketing finance and operations Real Estate License Possession of a valid real estate license is required Job Type Full-time Pay 22 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Leave encashment Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Commission pay Performance bonus Education Higher Secondary 12th Pass Preferred Experience Lead generation 1 year Preferred total work 1 year Preferred Sales 1 year Preferred Real estate sales 1 year Preferred Language English Preferred Work Location In person
