Field Sales Executive - Rooftop Solar Company S M Tech Location Tirunelveli Tamil Nadu Job Type Full-Time In-person with Field Visits About the Role S M Tech is looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to promote and sell rooftop solar solutions This is a customer-facing role involving field visits direct engagement with homeowners and businesses and helping customers adopt clean sustainable energy solutions Key Responsibilities Conduct door-to-door visits and local outreach to generate leads Participate in public gatherings events and stalls to promote solar awareness Present and explain rooftop solar solutions to potential customers Convert leads into confirmed sales while ensuring customer satisfaction Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions Coordinate with operations and installation teams for smooth project execution Meet monthly sales targets in line with company goals Qualifications Skills Education 12th Pass Fail or above Freshers welcome Strong communication presentation and negotiation skills Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and clear manner Self-motivated target-driven and able to work independently Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits A valid driving license and two-wheeler preferred but not mandatory What We re Looking For Genuine interest in sales and renewable energy Good interpersonal and people-handling skills Positive proactive attitude with a focus on achieving results Compensation Benefits Salary CTC 12 000 - 15 000 per month Performance Bonus 2 000 - 5 000 per month Additional Benefits Cell phone reimbursement and travel allowance Life insurance coverage Training guidance and career growth opportunities Probation Confirmation Probation Period 1 month Upon successful completion and performance review confirmation as a regular employee with continued benefits Work Schedule Hours 9 00 AM - 6 00 PM Travel Requirement Up to 50 local travel Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 12 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Benefits Life insurance Application Question s Are you comfortable doing door-to-door sales and field visits in Tirunelveli Are you interested in working in sales and achieving targets Do you have a two-wheeler or a way to travel to client sites Can you convince someone to buy a product or service Work Location In person
