We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions that enhance IT Service Management ITSM CSM and other business workflows The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders architects and developers to deliver scalable and efficient ServiceNow applications Key Responsibilities Design develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules based on business requirements Interact with customer for requirements gathering and implement the solution Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions including but not limited to ITSM CSM Work on ServiceNow scripting Business Rules Script Includes Client Scripts UI Policies UI Actions Scheduled Jobs etc Develop and configure Flow Designer IntegrationHub Implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party tools using REST SOAP APIs MID Server and IntegrationHub Optimize performance and troubleshoot issues related to ServiceNow applications Ensure adherence to best practices security standards and compliance requirements Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance and expand ServiceNow capabilities
