Role Overview:

We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Product Manager – Software Integrations (also referred to as System Integration Consultant or Integration Specialist) to lead software integrations with third-party systems globally. This role will drive critical partnerships and enable seamless connectivity between Kazam's EV charging platform and our clients' existing software ecosystems - including fleet platforms, ERP systems, payment processors, CRMs, and energy management tools.

Key Responsibilities:

● Define and own the integration roadmap across global markets - working closely with clients, engineering, and product teams.

● Lead client-facing integration discussions; translate business use cases into technical requirements.

● Oversee end-to-end execution of integrations via REST APIs, webhooks, middleware (e.g., Workato, MuleSoft), and SSO mechanisms.

● Collaborate with global enterprise clients to ensure seamless interoperability with their systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, energy/fleet software).

● Ensure integration projects follow security, data protection (GDPR, DPDP), and compliance standards.

● Provide clear documentation, technical specs, and support materials for internal and external stakeholders.

● Drive integration KPIs — success rate, uptime, adoption — and identify opportunities for platform improvements.

● Act as a thought partner in shaping global go-to-market strategies from a technology integration perspective.

Who You Are:

● 3–5 years of experience in system integration, product management, or technical consulting roles, preferably in SaaS, energy-tech, or mobility tech.

● Deep understanding of API design and architecture (REST, JSON, OAuth), and experience with modern integration platforms (Workato, Zapier, MuleSoft).

● Familiarity with global enterprise systems and protocols (ERP, fleet tech, energy platforms, CRMs).

● Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills across geographies and time zones.

● Hands-on problem-solver with an analytical mindset and experience working with agile development teams.

● Bonus: Experience in EV, energy, or logistics industries; familiarity with global compliance standards.
