Job Description

- Lead quality improvement initiatives and drive process changes to enhance product quality.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality standards, procedures, and protocols.
- Conduct root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to address quality issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is integrated into the product development lifecycle.
- Perform audits and assessments to verify compliance with quality standards.
- Provide training and support to team members on quality best practices and tools.
- Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement in product quality.
- Stay current with industry standards and regulatory requirements related to quality.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance or quality engineering.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems and methodologies such as ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or similar.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in quality tools and techniques, including statistical analysis and process control.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
