Job Description Job Description: Creative Producer Role Overview The Creative Producer is responsible for taking projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring creative excellence, smooth execution, and alignment with brand goals. This role bridges creative vision, production management, and client communication, acting as the operational and artistic anchor of each project. The ideal candidate has strong storytelling instincts, deep familiarity with modern production workflows (including AI-assisted pipelines), and the ability to manage timelines, teams, and clients with confidence. Key Responsibilities - Creative Development - Work closely with Creative Director / Head of Creative to shape ideas, treatments, and visual concepts. - Translate brand briefs into compelling scripts, shotlists, and creative plans. - Maintain high standards of cinematography, design, and narrative quality throughout the project. - Production Planning & Coordination - Build and manage production schedules, task lists, and internal workflows. - Coordinate between AI artists, editors, compositors, and technical teams to ensure a smooth pipeline. - Ensure all creative assets (prompts, references, footage, edit files) follow internal naming conventions and QC processes. - Anticipate production risks and proactively resolve roadblocks. - Client Communication - Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for clients. - Present concepts, gather feedback, and manage revisions with clarity and professionalism. - Ensure client expectations are aligned with timelines, capabilities, and creative direction. - Quality Control - Review outputs from AI tools, artists, and editors to ensure they meet internal benchmarks for realism, consistency, and brand alignment. - Oversee iterative QC rounds and ensure final outputs match project goals. - Cross-Team Leadership - Facilitate daily check-ins to track progress, highlight issues, and maintain clarity across the team. - Work with production, creative, and technical leads to maintain a seamless hybrid pipeline. - Support onboarding and training of new team members on workflow and process. - Administrative & Process Responsibilities - Maintain accurate documentation, project trackers, and delivery folders. - Coordinate resource needs, including AI-tool allocations, rendering requirements, and asset procurement. - Help refine and evolve studio processes to improve speed, consistency, and creative output. Qualifications - 36 years of experience in production, advertising, film, or post-production. - Strong understanding of filmmaking, editing, design, and narrative craft. - Prior experience working with AI video tools (Runway, Veo, Pika, Midjourney, etc.) is a strong plus. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational ability with attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
