equipment Validate design specifications and shop floor application of new product tools or equipment Includes Manufacturing Engineers Broadening knowledge of own technical discipline to execute policy strategy May include support roles with specialized technical field of knowledge still acquiring higher level knowledge and skills Basic understanding of key business drivers uses this understanding to accomplish own work Good understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area May have some autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework Resolves issues in situations that require good technical knowledge and judgment within established procedures Consults more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions requirement and work with planning and operations team to align and execute new assembly Should be able to define assembly routing Must have good knowledge of MS Excel Ideal Candidate Manufacturing Engineer with strong hands-on experience in electrical cabinet assembly demonstrated Industrial Engineering expertise and proven change management Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Electrical Mechanical engineering or equivalent from a reputed college university Should Have Minimum of 6-10 years hands on experience in manufacturing engineering preferably in Power Control Cabinet Manufacturing Should have good communication presentation and interpersonal skill Preferred Qualifications Experience in Manufacturing Engineering preferably from power Cabinet Manufacturing Whether
