Summary

As a Business Analyst, you will analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. You will assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Additionally, you will conduct research, gather and synthesize information to support decision-making and drive business growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Conduct analysis of business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Assess the current state of the organization and its integration with technology.
- Gather and synthesize information from various sources to support decision-making.
- Define the future state and/or business solution based on customer requirements.

Professional & Technical Skills

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
- Strong understanding of business processes and systems integration.
- Experience in conducting analysis and gathering requirements.
- Knowledge of data analysis and synthesis techniques.
- Familiarity with technology solutions and their impact on business operations.

Additional Information

- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
