Business Development Executive

Objectives:
Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Comfortably adapt to beneficial styles to bring the clients on board.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of communication and industry trends.
Responsibilities:
Seeking new clients via online portals/platforms.
Generating and converting new business leads through cold calling/references.
Making regular follow-ups.
Sales presentations to prospective clients.
Tracking record of meeting and achieving business-established goals.
Quality process documentation, monitoring and reporting.
Creating a database of clients through enhanced outbound calls and maintaining the database of the leads generated.
Ability to meet deadlines and targets.
Report daily, weekly and monthly activities.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Skills Required:
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and sales skills.
Excellent writing and editing skills in English.
Problem-solving skills and a creative mindset.
Strong research and strategic analysis skills.
Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, platforms, and tools is a plus.
Highlights:
Salary up to Rs. 30,000/- per month
Minimum Experience: 1 Year
Office Time: 10 AM - 7 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
