Additionally, The Sr. Data Analyst will partner with colleagues to perform root cause analysis and build more automated processes to identify similar issues based on data-driven analytics. Essential Functions And Tasks - Meet with internal stakeholders to gather detailed requirements for specified performance metrics. - Identify and document current reporting to satisfy performance metric identification. - Create Azure Dev Ops tickets to build reports to identify performance metrics currently missing from the platform. - Track and report on the identified performance metric observation within the organization's CRM. - Leverage centrally managed reporting tools such as Power BI and OLAP Cubes. - Create easily understood reports that intuitively present information to the business unit. - Leverage the data warehouse as the basis of reporting through ad-hoc querying of data to gain insights and assist with further automation. - Work with end-users through Power BI, OLAP Cubes, or reports to explain the data-driven performance metrics observation. Education And Experience Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Business Analytics, or Statistics. - Minimum of 5 years of work experience as a Data Analyst with at least 1 year in US Healthcare. Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proven analytical and problem-solving skills including the ability to think critically and outside of the box. - Self-motivated with the capability to meet deadlines on overlapping initiatives. - Sound ethical judgment and the ability to work with sensitive information and PHI. - Strong time management and organizational skills. - Practical understanding of US healthcare. - Practical understanding of Accounting and Finance. - Proficient in SQL.
