Job Title: Senior Data Analyst Location: Remote (India) Work Hours: 1 PM – 9 PM IST Experience: 5+ years About the Role We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to drive data-informed decision-making and champion a data-driven culture across our organization. In this role, you will go beyond traditional analytics — transforming complex datasets into actionable insights that influence strategic decisions, optimize product performance, and enhance user experience. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, guiding them to leverage data effectively while enabling self-service analytics capabilities. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact and help shape the future of our data-driven organization. Key Responsibilities - Analyze large, complex datasets to extract insights and support strategic decisions within the Product & Technology division. - Develop and maintain advanced analytics models to improve product performance and user engagement. - Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into analytical solutions. - Design and execute experiments (e.g., A/B testing) to validate hypotheses and measure product enhancements. - Enable product teams to adopt self-service analytics for independent decision-making. - Collaborate directly with product leaders and decision-makers to define KPIs and measure success. - Work closely with engineers to ensure data accuracy, implement tracking solutions, and streamline data pipelines. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred). - 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, ideally in the software or tech industry. - Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation. - Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. - Solid understanding of statistical analysis and modeling techniques. - Exceptional communication skills — able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. - Proven ability to drive measurable business outcomes through data-driven decision-making. - Experience with Python or R is a plus.
