Our Professional Services organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior QA Consultant who will be working with a team of experienced analysts, architects, developers, and business resources to manage high-performance enterprise-level solutions. This means you will have a passion and desire to learn new things and would be part of consultant team driving innovation for our new capabilities. Where you will make an impact Technical Contribution - Shape organizational and industry best practices in automation, performance engineering, and quality governance. - Define long-term automation and testing roadmaps, introducing innovation in AI-driven quality engineering. - Champion enterprise adoption of observability and resilience testing as part of modern engineering practices. Process & Enablement - Lead creation of centers of excellence for quality engineering across geographies. - Build communities of practice that share knowledge, frameworks, and reusable assets. - Set global delivery standards that elevate quality engineering maturity at the organizational level. Client Engagement - Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives on enterprise transformation strategies for quality. - Represent the organization in conferences, publications, and industry panels. - Drive strategic partnerships with key clients to influence multi-year transformation journeys. What you will bring - 13+ years of experience leading enterprise quality engineering and automation initiatives. - Recognized thought leader in testing strategy, automation, and quality transformation. - Deep expertise across CI/CD, cloud platforms, AI/ML-driven testing, and observability practices. - Track record of advising and influencing at the C-suite level. - Ability to represent the company at global industry events and build long-term client relationships.
