We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Coordinator to act as a bridge between the Marketing and Sales teams The ideal candidate will ensure smooth communication alignment of strategies timely execution of campaigns and accurate reporting to drive business growth Key Responsibilities - Act as the primary point of contact between the Sales and Marketing teams - Coordinate marketing campaigns and ensure sales team alignment with campaign objectives - Track leads generated by marketing and share with sales teams ensuring timely follow-ups - Maintain and update sales marketing trackers dashboards and reports - Support in planning execution and monitoring of marketing initiatives events - Assist sales teams with marketing materials presentations and collaterals - Ensure proper documentation of client leads campaign performance and sales feedback - Follow up with internal teams to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met - Schedule and facilitate regular coordination meetings between sales and marketing - Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Marketing leadership Requirements - Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field - 4-5 years of experience in Sales Marketing Coordination Project Coordination or similar roles - Strong communication interpersonal and organizational skills - Proficiency in MS Office Excel PowerPoint Word knowledge of CRM tools is a plus - Ability to multitask prioritize tasks and work under tight deadlines - Problem-solving attitude with strong attention to detail - Team player with the ability to work across departments Key Skills - Coordination Collaboration- Sales Marketing Knowledge- Reporting Documentation- Time Management- Communication Presentation SkillsHR TeamYiron Technologies Pvt Ltd ref updazz com
