The role involves managing end-to-end accounts receivable processes, including generating and processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and following up with clients on outstanding payments. The individual will ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with company policies, while providing exceptional customer service to resolve billing inquiries. Regular communication with internal and external stakeholders will also be a part of the role. Qualifications - Strong analytical skills to identify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement in accounts receivable processes. - Proficiency in invoicing and a solid understanding of financial principles and processes, with experience in managing records and payments. - Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to handle inquiries professionally and maintain positive client relationships. - Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and team members efficiently. - Additional qualifications such as a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, along with knowledge of accounting software and tools, are highly desirable.
