Let us build this, together About the role This exciting role of a AdOps - Associate Director requires you to creatively manage digital media campaigns for our global brands. Your expertise of ad tech and knowledge of the Digital Market Cycle would make you a great fit for this position. This is a great opportunity to work closely with the Top Global brands and own large and reputed accounts. - Completely accountable for tactics in market and according to performance - Works with the agency team to enhance the utility of existing trading-related technologies and define future industry-leading capabilities - Active point person for agency on campaign performance, optimization, and reporting - Play an integral role in effective on-boarding of new clients and/or additional scope of work from existing clients - Ensure that our work delivers against our clients’ goals and objectives without compromising on quality of work delivered - Build relationships with internal & agency stakeholders and be the escalation point for all strategic matters related to Biddable support - Coach and mentor, a team of Managers and Lead to drive efficiency and performance improvements - Conduct business reviews to ensure all stakeholders are satisfied with service delivered by the team - Design and implementation of processes, in addition to associated tools - Hiring of appropriate staff as team expands.
