Datwyler IT Services is the IT wing of the Datwyler Group We work alongside the Datwyler group companies and Business units to ensure Datwyler has an IT strategy that allows us to transform our Information infrastructure to keep abreast with the digital needs of our group companies With about 150 specialists at 11 locations we are dedicated to Datwyler s success in its digitalisation roadmap With an aim to get top-notch in our delivery we believe in continuous improvement and becoming a trusted partner to our group companies Our internal consultants ensure customer-orientation and committed assistance in their everyday work life Job Purpose We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Expert - SAP Procurement Digital Solutions to lead procurement transformation initiatives and provide strategic support for ERP programs This position is responsible for conducting strategic analyses and optimizing procurement processes utilizing SAP and leading e-procurement platforms The ideal candidate will possess in-depth functional expertise in SAP MM Purchasing as well as integration skills and hands-on experience with tools such as Ariba Jaggaer Ivalua and Coupa or similar Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments and drive digital transformation for seamless procurement operations is essential Main Tasks Responsibilities SAP Procurement and e-Procurement Oversight Own and evolve SAP MM-Purchasing functionalities to support procurement operations Ensure robust integration between SAP and external e-procurement platforms Act as IT Process Owner for procurement-related systems and workflows Collaborate with Finance Supply Chain and IT teams to align procurement systems with business needs Stakeholder Engagement Change Management Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions Lead change management initiatives to support adoption of new procurement tools and processes Provide training documentation and support to end-users across regions Project Management Lead the implementation of e-procurement tools such as Ariba Jaggaer Ivalua Coupa in upstream modules Support SAP S 4HANA implementation focusing on procurement and integration aspects Manage risks dependencies and communications for procurement-related initiatives Operational Excellence Provide 2nd-level support for SAP MM Purchasing module Identify and implement process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency and compliance Ensure adherence to ITIL frameworks and internal governance policies Skills Technical Competences Behaviors At least 10 years of experience in SAP MM Purchasing and e-procurement Ariba Jaggaer Ivalua Coupa or similar Knowledge of SAP VIM and FI-CO AP modules is a strong plus Experience in system integration and procurement process optimization o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Fluent in spoken and written English Entrepreneurial and proactive attitude with the ability to work independently Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Good skills in MS Office 365 package Experience with ITIL service management or PMP certification is a plus Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Information Technology or related field preferred KPIs User satisfaction surveys Key and End Users SLA compliance for incident resolution Successful implementation of e-procurement tool Contribution to SAP S 4HANA program milestones We Offer a Diverse and Global Working Environment As a globally operating company Datwyler offers a broad spectrum of job profiles and career opportunities We offer ambitious individuals who approach their task with dedication and enthusiasm the right environment to excel and grow This gives every employee the opportunity to influence the way we work At Datwyler we enable our employees to bring their talent to a global context and grow it steadily over time Our employees are therefore at the very heart of Datwyler - we interact with respect trust and loyalty Mutual consideration and appreciation are key
