We manage inventory procurement, distribution, and returns, ensuring a transparent process. Key Responsibilities - Prepare and finalize financial statements in compliance with Indian Accounting Standards. - Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns. - Handle statutory audits and liaise with auditors. - Maintain accurate books of accounts and oversee journal entries. - Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow management. - Advise management on tax planning and financial strategies. - Implement and optimize accounting systems and internal controls. - Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies. Qualifications - Chartered Accountant (CA) certification from ICAI. - 3–8 years of post-qualification experience in finance and accounting. - Strong knowledge of Indian tax laws, GST, TDS, and corporate compliance. - Proficiency in Logic ERP accounting software and MS Excel. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Skills - Experience in the apparel or retail industry. - Knowledge of inventory accounting and cost management. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
