About Deccan Client is model training and eval startup headquartered in the Bay Area We are founded by IIT Bombay IIM Ahmedabad and ex-Google alumni and work with some of the top AI frontier labs in the world e g Google Deepmind Snowflake and many more We are backed by Prosus Ventures and our India delivery office is in Hyderabad Most of our roles are on-site i e Bay Area Hyderabad What it is like to work with us To be honest our workplace is not for the faint-hearted We work hard usually 6 days a week - from the office We work fast many of our clients require same day turnarounds for their complex data needs We like those who take ownership roll up their sleeves and do We like those who thrive in ambiguity and who can operate without titles hierarchies But what you will find tremendous learning tremendous growth and a very motivated set of colleagues who are also fun to be around About The Job As a member of our Solutions Architecture team you will work closely with our Enterprise Account Executives to drive the adoption of state-of-the-art large language models with Enterprise customers using creative solutions to address their data needs What you will do Pre-Sale Sales Activities - Execute on effective technical discovery to understand potential clients needs challenges and desired outcomes in collaboration with Account Executives - Contribute to effectively identifying qualifying and disqualifying opportunities where data and platform solutions can unlock the most value for the customer - Collaborate with the sales team to progress deals and penetrate accounts providing technical expertise and insights where necessary - Influence evaluation criteria and gain control of evaluations and the evaluation process - Create a strategic vision for the customer based on a deep understanding of their strategy desired positive business outcomes and required capabilities Product Implementation Integration - Guide and support customers in deploying our evals platform into their infrastructure - Work closely with customers to fine-tune industry internal models according to their specific requirements by using data -Deploy the best of our several strategies to create data for client model training to achieve optimal business results that drive ROI - Regularly liaise with the Delivery and ML teams to relay feedback and suggest improvements Customer Success Support - Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure that the customer is maximising the product s potential - Provide post-deployment support addressing any issues or challenges that arise promptly - Offer recommendations for delivery product optimizations based on customer feedback - Develop custom features for customers as needed About you - Previous experience in a technical pre-sales or consulting role with a heavy emphasis on customer-facing interactions i e Implementation Consultant Solutions Architect Sales Engineer - Experience partnering with Account Executives or Engagement Managers driving technical account strategy proof-of-concept scoping and execution - Strong Python development skills with proven ability to integrate data from multiple sources Working knowledge of cloud architecture and deployment patterns for AI ML solutions - Track record of managing complex implementation projects from discovery to delivery - Experience running solution design workshops and translating business requirements into technical specifications - Strong stakeholder management skills including experience working with C-level executives - Outstanding presentation and communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for technical and business audiences - Bachelor s or Master s in computer science engineering mathematics or related fields or equivalent experience
