We are having an urgent opening for the position of Back Office Executive FOR TENDERS for a reputed Company in Manufacturing industry at the Mumbai Vile Parle Locations Key Responsibilities Tender Searching of Our Related Products Search Tender in Works Goods Services Department - Engineering Stores for company related products Updating the Tender Sheet Send Tender related documents NIT with supporting Tender documents to seniors through email Compliance in All respects and accordingly documents to be prepared and uploaded for tender submission Tender Quote Reading the tender and preparing uploading the document for Tender Payment and Releasing EMD Uploading rate by confirming from concerned seniors before tender closing time Sending the Tender result to concern persons Follow-up with the concerned Railway Authority until the said LOA is received by our company If we are NOT L1 Follow-up for EMD return if paid any If we become L1 Preparing letter for LOA PO to the concern railway authority subsequent follow- up update Data in CDI Order Sheet Submission of PG and all related formalities Follow-up with Railway Authority for letter asking for Bank PG confirmation - 15 days after releasing PG for processing of LOA PO Preparing Consignee Letter subsequent follow-up Preparing Letter for rails to be taken against the order subsequent follow-up Follow-ups for Agreement if not received within 45 days from LOA Date IRWCMS signing Preparing POA Power of Attorney of the concern site supervisor as per division If required Organizing DP extension Currency extension after the completion of DP period Checking IRWCMS for signing the variation quantity Activities after completion of work Letter for refund PG EMD SD subsequent follow-ups Letter for No Loss No Claim for Head Quarters LOA Letter for taking completion certificate from concern Railway Authority Candidates Profile Positive attitude Hardworking MONTHLY MIS
