Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, online research, and referrals. Maintain a strong sales pipeline by contacting prospects and qualifying leads. Understand client needs and present suitable products or service solutions. 2. Sales & Business Development Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and client meetings. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close profitable deals. Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. Develop strategies to increase market reach and revenue generation. 3. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business. Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries and concerns. Follow up with customers regularly to ensure satisfaction and retention. 4. Market Research & Analysis Study market trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences. Provide insights and feedback to the management for product improvements. Identify new opportunities for business expansion and growth. 5. Reporting & Coordination Maintain accurate sales records, customer details, and follow-up reports. Coordinate with marketing, operations, and support teams to ensure smooth sales processes. Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports. Required Skills & Competencies Technical & Professional Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools. Strong understanding of sales processes and business development strategies. Knowledge of digital sales techniques and online lead generation (preferred). Soft Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Customer-focused approach with a problem-solving mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
