Key Responsibilities 1. Customer Interaction Handle inbound and outbound voice calls professionally and efficiently. Understand customer requirements and provide accurate solutions. Assist customers with queries regarding products, services, and policies. Ensure first-call resolution (FCR) to enhance customer satisfaction. 2. Data Management & Reporting Accurately document customer details, interactions, and feedback in the system. Maintain call logs and generate reports for process improvement.
