Key Responsibilities 1. Customer Interaction Handle inbound and outbound calls from US-based customers. Respond to customer queries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally. Assist customers with information related to products, services, billing, and troubleshooting. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to satisfaction. 2. Sales & Upselling Promote company products or services during customer interactions. Achieve assigned sales targets and conversion goals when required. Cross-sell or upsell relevant services based on customer needs. 3. Process Adherence Follow company protocols, scripts, and quality guidelines during interactions. Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics, including call quality, response time, and productivity. 4. Documentation & Reporting Accurately record customer interactions, feedback, and complaints in the CRM system. Generate daily activity reports and escalate unresolved issues to supervisors. 5. Team Coordination Collaborate with peers, team leaders, and quality analysts to ensure smooth operations.
