Position ERP Functional Consultant Location Bhiwadi Experience 3 - 6 years Employment Type Full-time About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented ERP Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central NAV and ERP implementation The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Purchase Sales Finance Inventory and Manufacturing modules with a solid understanding of ERP setups business cycles P2P C2C BOM routing and functional processes Key Responsibilities Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements analyze processes and prepare Functional Requirement Documents FRD Translate business needs into functional specifications and system design Configure ERP modules including General Ledger Purchase Sales Payables Receivables Inventory and Manufacturing Perform end-to-end testing of ERP configurations to ensure compliance with business requirements before go-live Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot ERP-related issues Deliver end-user training to ensure smooth adoption of ERP processes Manage ERP master data creation Item Vendor Customer Chart of Accounts BOM Routing Location etc Support integration and customization requirements in collaboration with technical teams Monitor ERP performance conduct periodic system maintenance and implement improvements Provide IT support related to server configuration software hardware printers cameras email server OS Work directly with leadership teams to provide ERP-based insights and reporting for business decision-making Required Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC365 NAV and ERP setups P2P Cycle C2C Cycle BOM Routing etc Experience in GST TDS TCS configuration General Posting Setup Dimensions and Inventory Posting Setup Ability to manage ERP implementation projects end-to-end Good understanding of manufacturing processes and knowledge of inspection tools Vernier Caliper Micrometer Gauges Visual Inspection Strong analytical problem-solving and documentation skills Excellent communication leadership and teamwork abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel Word PowerPoint Basic knowledge of hardware software troubleshooting Qualifications Bachelor s Degree in Engineering IT Computer Science Business Management or related field 3-6 years of relevant ERP experience Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred Hands-on ERP implementation and support experience across multiple modules Job Type Full-time Pay 328 685 59 - 667 605 41 per year Ability to commute relocate Bhiwadi Rajasthan Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package Preferred Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Microsoft Dynamics 365 2 years Preferred ERP systems 2 years Preferred Work Location In person
