Job Type: Full-time | On-site

Working Days: 6 days a week (Monday or Wednesday off)

Timings: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM

Role Overview

We are looking for a result-driven and experienced Sales Lead with an EdTech background. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, leading a team, and ensuring targets are met consistently. This role requires someone with strong leadership skills, confidence in communication, and the ability to manage a performance-driven sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
- Drive admissions through outbound calling, counselling, and conversions.
- Create strategies to improve lead conversion rates.
- Monitor team performance and provide training/feedback.
- Ensure consistent follow-up and closure of leads.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and communicate with management.

Requirements

- Proven 36 years of experience in EdTech sales, with at least 3 year in a team lead role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented with the ability to handle pressure.
- Comfortable with 6-day work schedule (Monday or Wednesday off)
