Account Opening & KYC Compliance Assist customers with the account opening process and explain product features clearly. Ensure proper documentation and compliance with KYC, AML, and other regulatory guidelines. Verify documents and complete onboarding formalities accurately and efficiently. 4. Portfolio Management Maintain a database of existing clients and regularly engage with them for product updates, renewals, or upgrades. Monitor client accounts for usage patterns and suggest value-added services. Conduct periodic reviews and financial health checks for high-net-worth clients (if applicable). 5. Customer Retention Focus on deepening customer relationships by identifying long-term needs. Manage renewals, upgrades, and customer loyalty programs. Address dissatisfaction or grievances promptly to prevent client attrition. 6. Market Intelligence & Reporting Stay updated with competitor products, pricing, and strategies. Provide feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and service gaps.
