While our solution continues to garner success in across the industry, the wide-ranging applicability of our technology supports greater brand protection and marketing initiatives Role Purpose We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Servicing Associate to support day-to-day campaign coordination, client communication, and execution tasks. This is an entry-level/junior role ideal for candidates who are eager to learn, organized, and passionate about client success. What you’ll do · Act as the primary point of contact for clients for day-to-day queries. · Maintain timely and professional communication with clients. · Support end-to-end execution of campaigns/activities once trained. · Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Creative, Tech, etc.) to ensure smooth delivery. · Track daily tasks, follow-ups, and ensure work is completed as per defined timelines. · Maintain trackers and workflow documentation. · Prepare basic reports, presentations, and summaries for internal and client use. · Escalate and follow up on client issues until resolved. · Ensure seamless client experience through proactive problem-solving. Must-haves · 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, operations, account coordination, or similar roles. · Strong English communication and coordination skills. · Basic Excel knowledge (filters, basic formulas). · PowerPoint proficiency. · Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. · Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly. Education · Bachelor’s Degree in any stream. Nice-to-have exposure · Mar-tech, Consumer Campaign Industry
