Summary As an Application Tech Support Practitioner you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our world-class systems You will serve as the primary interface between clients and our systems utilizing your exceptional communication skills to understand client needs and design effective resolutions With a strong background in Microsoft Windows Server Administration you will collaborate with various teams to address technical challenges and provide top-notch support to clients Location Bangalore Experience 4-7 years Responsibilities Perform independently as a Subject Matter Expert SME in Microsoft Windows Server Administration Participate actively in team discussions and contribute to the development of best practices for system administration Provide solutions to work-related problems and assist in the implementation of best practices Offer training and support to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge Troubleshoot and resolve server-related issues and provide expertise on server configuration and management Requirements Requirements Must-have Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Administration Strong understanding of server configuration and management Experience with troubleshooting and resolving server-related issues Familiarity with backup and recovery solutions for Windows servers Knowledge of network protocols and services related to server administration Additional Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration 15 years of full-time education Based at our Bengaluru office
