At Thoucentric we work on various problem statements The most popular ones are - Building capabilities that address a market need basis our ongoing research effort Solving a specific use case for a current or potential client based on challenges on-ground Developing new systems that help be a better employer and a better partner to clients All of these need the best of minds to work on them day-to-day and we do exactly that Your contribution to organization development is as important as outward facing consulting We are invested in both employee growth and client success Responsibilities Lead technical design architecture documentation and implementation of test automation frameworks and best practices Design detailed test cases and scenarios covering all aspects including data integrity performance security and compatibility Work directly with customers to understand testing needs of business and technical needs Lead maintenance of entire regression suite to automate the execution as part of CI CD pipelines Support in Senior Leadership reporting by providing quality engineering metrics Validate data accuracy by comparing source and target databases for consistency and completeness Validate query performance to ensure no significant performance regressions Conduct regression testing to ensure existing functionalities continue to work post-migration Collaborate with product owners developers and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure quality is embedded in the development process Design develop and maintain Test plans Test cases and Defect reports for non-migration-related projects Design develop and maintain automated test scripts for various applications focusing on functional regression and performance testing Participate in risk assessments and identify areas for improvement in testing processes and methodologies Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards Track and report defects ensuring timely resolution and communication with relevant teams Requirements Experience 7 to 10 years Good exposure to BSFI A MUST Knowledge of US Healthcare insurance domain Claims Eligibility Plan configuration etc - A MUST Well versed with QA Automation API testing experience A MUST Min 2 years of experience in a QA team lead managerial role Fast learner with the ability to scale up to relevant technology Familiar with data integration involving data quality and validation Extensive experience in database testing with strong understanding of SQL Experience of testing in customized Salesforce applications In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience of industry-standard test automation tools and technologies like Java Python Selenium REST Assured JIRA Qmetry Postman Good knowledge of CI CD to support continuous automation and deployment process in a SAFe Agile environment Good communication and presentation skills English Strong analytical skills with an ability to influence decision making A team player that demonstrates a strong work ethic creativity assertiveness and flexibility BenefitsWhat a Consulting role at Thoucentric will offer you Opportunity to define your career path and not as enforced by a manager A great consulting environment with a chance to work with Fortune 500 companies and startups alike A dynamic but relaxed and supportive working environment that encourages personal development Be part of One Extended Family We bond beyond work - sports get-togethers common interests etc Work in a very enriching environment with Open Culture Flat Organization and Excellent Peer Group Be part of the exciting Growth Story of Thoucentric
