We are seeking a HR Admin and Support Executive to join our team As an HR Admin you will be responsible for supporting the HR department in various administrative tasks such as recruitment onboarding employee engagement performance management and compliance You will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our HR processes ensuring they are efficient accurate and compliant Key Responsibilities Support the team with administrative tasks such as scheduling interviews preparing offer letters maintaining employee records and updating HR policies and procedures Administrative tasks answering phones responding to emails and managing correspondence 2 Data entry and record-keeping maintaining accurate and up-to-date records databases and spreadsheets 3 Scheduling coordinating meetings appointments and travel arrangements 4 Document preparation creating editing and formatting documents reports and presentations 5 Office management maintaining office supplies equipment and facilities 6 Communication liaising with colleagues management clients or customers 7 Problem-solving troubleshooting office issues resolving administrative problems Qualification Requirement Bachelor s degree in any field 1 years of experience in an HR administrative role Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently Knowledge of HR best practices and Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Job Type Full-time Pay 8 348 93 - 32 629 95 per month Work Location In person
