Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive - Solar. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer relationships, presenting sales pitches, negotiating contracts, and closing sales. The role also involves coordinating with technical teams to ensure client satisfaction and staying updated with industry trends and products.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector
- Ability to understand and explain technical products and solutions
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experienced in working independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in the solar energy industry is MANDATORY
