Role & responsibilities-

- The position is in charge for implementation for the project(s) in the region to ensure timeliness and quality of construction and MEP activities.
- This role supervises and monitors all activities conducted on site from excavation to project handover.

Preferred candidate profile

Education:

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Post-graduation in Construction Management from NICMAR (preferred)

Experience:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate project execution
- Proven track record of leading projects valued at 200300 Cr
- Experience in managing large teams (2025 direct reports) across multidisciplinary functions
