📌 Odoo Functional Consultant (Implementation Only) – Part-Time / Project-Based Location: Onsite – Pooja Enterprises, Surat Email to Apply: hr@pooja.enterprises Pooja Enterprises (est. 1991) is looking for an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant on a part-time, project-based engagement to implement Odoo using standard features only—no custom development. We specifically want someone who can set up, stabilise, and streamline the following modules: 🎯 Modules in Focus - Inventory - Manufacturing (MRP) - PLM - Projects - Documents 🔍 What We’re Looking For - Strong hands-on experience implementing Odoo (functional) across manufacturing businesses. - Ability to understand business processes and convert them into clean Odoo workflows. - Experience configuring Odoo without customization (standard features only). - Ability to train team members (Vivek will lead training; consultant supports). - Must be available onsite in Surat whenever required. - Strong troubleshooting, optimisation, and documentation skills. 🛠️ Responsibilities - Study existing processes and map them into Odoo’s standard modules. - Configure Inventory, Manufacturing, PLM, Projects & Documents end-to-end. - Ensure correct routing, BoMs, work centers, product categories, operations, document flows, etc. - Prepare SOPs and process documentation. - Support internal teams (Santosh, Vivek, others). - Deliver clear milestones and ensure stability of the system. - Handhold implementation until all departments adopt Odoo smoothly. 🧩 Nice to Have - Odoo Certification - Experience with Indian manufacturing companies - Exposure to process re-engineering / operational optimisation 👤 Engagement Type - Part-time consultant - Project-based assignment 📍 Location Onsite at Pooja Enterprises, Surat (Our company profile: FD-1, Diamond Industrial Park, Surat) 📩 How to Apply - Send your profile/resume to: hr@pooja.enterprises
