Basic Qualifications:

- Mandatory Experience: Minimum 7 years of hands-on Oracle CPQ development.
- Implementation Expertise: CPQ Commerce and Configuration flows.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Java/C#, JavaScript, jQuery, XML/XSL, and BML.
- Development Methodologies: Experience with Agile/SCRUM is highly desirable.
- Global Team Collaboration: Comfortable working with geographically dispersed teams.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.

Nice to Have:

- Domain Knowledge: Understanding of CPQ business processes, especially in manufacturing or heavy industry.
- Industry Familiarity: Experience with material restrictions, lead-time calculations, etc.
- Process Optimization: Ability to analyze and enhance business processes.
- System Integration: Exposure to Salesforce CRM, SAP/ERP Cloud, E-Commerce platforms.
- Operational Understanding: Insight into manufacturing/engineering workflows.
- Project Management: Proven track record in delivering complex technical projects.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
