Basic Qualifications:

  • Mandatory Experience: Minimum 7 years of hands-on Oracle CPQ development.
  • Implementation Expertise: CPQ Commerce and Configuration flows.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Java/C#, JavaScript, jQuery, XML/XSL, and BML.
  • Development Methodologies: Experience with Agile/SCRUM is highly desirable.
  • Global Team Collaboration: Comfortable working with geographically dispersed teams.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.

Nice to Have:

  • Domain Knowledge: Understanding of CPQ business processes, especially in manufacturing or heavy industry.
  • Industry Familiarity: Experience with material restrictions, lead-time calculations, etc.
  • Process Optimization: Ability to analyze and enhance business processes.
  • System Integration: Exposure to Salesforce CRM, SAP/ERP Cloud, E-Commerce platforms.
  • Operational Understanding: Insight into manufacturing/engineering workflows.
  • Project Management: Proven track record in delivering complex technical projects.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
