SAP Infra Tools Deploy and Sustain Lead

Job Description Responsibilities - Lead deployment and sustainment of SAP Infra Tools related to monitoring, system refreshes, and automation. - Collaborate with IT teams during project pursuits to support solution design, resource planning, and cost estimation. - Support architecture design, sizing, and strategy aligned with PIRT/PGT standards. - Install, configure, and upgrade SAP Infra tools such as Focused Run, LaMa, Epi-Use, SNP. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, perform root cause analysis. - Plan and execute technical cut-over, Go-Live, and Hypercare support activities. - Collaborate globally to align on technical standards and decisions. - Lead quality assurance reviews on technical designs and builds to ensure standard adherence. - Document system landscape, architecture, administration procedures, and project artifacts. - Adhere to release and change management processes and compliance controls. - Ensure effective knowledge transfer to operations and define clear Hypercare exit criteria. - Support and enhance existing SAP Infra tool capabilities to meet IT and business needs. - Work with internal and SAP product teams to introduce new capabilities. - Minimize critical incidents via advanced tool monitoring. - Stay updated on industry trends and technology through training and participation in relevant forums. - Engage in annual performance evaluations and objective setting.
