Job Description

As an Associate Systems Analyst, you'll be a key part of Amgen's Learning & Development Product Team. This position is perfect for someone looking to grow a career in systems analysis and software solutions. You'll work with business partners, Product Owners, and developers to document product requirements as epics and user stories, while creating supporting documents like business process maps and test plans. Your work will ensure the smooth operation of learning systems and integrated applications, providing professional growth in a collaborative environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Requirements Documentation: You'll collaborate with business partners and the product team to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements, translating them into user stories and epics. You'll also create and update technical documents like SOPs and design documents.
- Process & System Analysis: You'll develop process maps and flowcharts to visualize current processes and identify inefficiencies. You'll also troubleshoot and resolve defects, integration errors, and reporting issues within the learning management system.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: You'll assist in creating test cases and test plans to ensure solutions meet both business and GxP regulatory requirements.
- Collaboration: You'll collaborate with IT, HR, and other groups to ensure the smooth operation of learning systems and integrated applications.

Qualifications

- A Bachelor's degree with 0-3 years of experience or a Diploma with 4-7 years of experience in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of information systems and network technologies, specifically in Human Resources and Learning & Development.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and fix complex system and data issues.
- Experience with HR Learning platforms like SumTotal, Workday, or Cornerstone is a plus.
- Experience with validated GxP systems (21 CFR Part 11) and tools such as ALM or Veeva Vault Controlled Documents is a plus.
- SAFe - DevOps Practitioner or SAFe for Teams certification is preferred.
