Role OverviewA Front-End Sales Executive (Door Opener) at Tatva Networks is the first point of contact for potential clients. They act as the 'face' of the company, driving lead generation, introducing Tatva's cybersecurity solutions, and qualifying business opportunities to expand our reach across the Indian market.ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & ProspectingResearch, identify, and target prospective clients (startups, enterprises, educational institutions)Utilize various channels (online, offline, networking events in Bengaluru and beyond)Initiate cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreachAttend local industry or technology meetupsSecure introductory meetings for the business development teamKey Skills and Competencies 1. Communication Skills Excellent verbal communication in English and regional languages. Ability to explain technical or product details in simple terms. Active listening to identify customer needs effectively. 2. Sales & Negotiation Skills Persuasive and confident in closing deals. Ability to handle objections and turn hesitations into buying decisions. Experience in upselling and cross-selling to increase order value. 3. Customer Service Orientation Friendly and approachable demeanor to build customer trust. Patience in handling difficult customers and resolving complaints professionally. Commitment to ensuring a positive customer experience. 4. Product Knowledge Deep understanding of the company’s products and services. Awareness of industry trends and competitor offerings. Capability to tailor product recommendations to customer needs. 5. Organizational Skills Efficient in managing multiple customers and sales processes simultaneously. Accurate record-keeping of customer interactions and transactions. Ability to manage stock availability in the sales area. 6. Technical Skills Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems and billing software. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools for sales tracking. Comfort using tablets or devices for digital catalog presentations. 7. Presentation & Grooming Professional appearance and confident body language. Ability to create a visually attractive product display. 8. Target Orientation Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
