Job Summary As a Receptionist at Tally Practical Training Institute you will be the first point of contact for students staff and visitors You will manage front desk operations assist with administrative tasks and provide essential support to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the institute This role is ideal for a highly organized customer-service-oriented individual who enjoys working in a dynamic and educational environment Key Responsibilities Customer Service Front Desk Management Greet and assist visitors students and staff with a professional and friendly demeanor Handle inquiries regarding course offerings schedules and other general information about the institute Phone and Email Communication Answer phone calls direct inquiries to the appropriate departments and respond to emails Ensure that all communication is handled promptly and effectively Student Registration Enrollment Assist prospective students with the enrollment process including registration documentation and course selection Ensure all student records are accurately maintained Administrative Support Handle routine administrative tasks such as filing data entry maintaining office supplies and preparing documents as needed Support other departments in the coordination of training sessions and workshops Scheduling Appointments Manage the institute s calendar schedule appointments and coordinate training sessions Ensure that trainers and students are aware of any schedule changes or updates Maintain Records Assist in maintaining accurate student records attendance logs and training materials Ensure all data is kept confidential and up to date Cash Handling Assist with fee collection issuing receipts and maintaining records of payments made by students General Office Tasks Perform other clerical duties as needed including printing copying and document organization Skills Qualifications Education High school diploma or equivalent a degree or certification in office management business administration or a related field is a plus Experience Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferably in an educational or training environment Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with students staff and external visitors Organizational Skills Strong attention to detail ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently Computer Proficiency Familiarity with office software MS Office Google Suite and basic office equipment printers photocopiers Customer-Centric Attitude A friendly approachable demeanor with a commitment to providing excellent customer service Multitasking Ability to handle multiple tasks at once including answering phone calls assisting students and managing administrative duties Work Environment Hours Full-time Monday to Saturday Workplace The receptionist will work at the front desk of the Tally Practical Training Institute interacting with a variety of students faculty and visitors in a professional setting Benefits Competitive salary Opportunity to gain experience in the education and training sector Supportive and collaborative work environment Access to training programs and courses offered by the institute potential discounts or free access depending on policies Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 10 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Yearly bonus Experience total work 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
