Job Description About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Travel Consultant with experience in B2B travel operations and destination management. The ideal candidate will handle travel planning, itinerary creation, and end-to-end arrangements for corporate and high-end clients, ensuring a seamless travel experience. Key Responsibilities: - Handle B2B travel queries from agents, partners, and corporate clients. - Design and customize travel itineraries based on client requirements and budgets. - Coordinate hotel bookings, transport, and destination activities with local and international suppliers. - Manage corporate travel arrangements and ensure timely confirmations. - Handle end-to-end travel operations including quotations, bookings, and documentation. - Provide accurate information, resolve queries, and ensure high service standards for premium clientele. - Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors for repeat and referral business. - Destination management teams with proposal creation and costing. Requirements: - Graduate / Postgraduate in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field. - 3 - 6 years of experience in B2B travel, destination management, or corporate travel operations. - Strong knowledge of domestic & international destinations, hotel chains, and travel logistics. - Excellent communication and client-handling skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking systems - Ability to multitask and work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
