Greece and Portugal VOIS BeUnrivalled CreateTheFuture About this Role We are seeking a seasoned Integration Designer Development Lead with deep expertise in TIBCO technologies to join our team supporting Vodafone UK This role is pivotal in designing and developing high-quality integration solutions that ensure optimal performance across the business-critical integration layer The individual will represent the integration domain during end-to-end requirement analysis and solution design while also leading development efforts and mentoring team members What you will do Lead integration design and development activities across releases ensuring high-quality deliverables Represent the integration domain during requirement analysis and solution design phases Develop and optimise integration solutions using TIBCO technologies including EMS BW ActiveSpaces APIX and Adapters Apply strategic thinking to end-to-end architecture design within the telecom domain Review and enhance developer outputs to ensure performance and resource efficiency Provide technical leadership and act as the final escalation point for critical production issues Drive automation and process improvements to eliminate inefficiencies Operate effectively within both Agile and Waterfall SDLC environments Collaborate with cross-functional teams vendors and stakeholders to ensure project success Mentor and train team members fostering a culture of ownership and accountability Who you are 5-7 years of hands-on experience in SOA Integration engineering with strong design and development credentials in TIBCO Minimum 2 years of experience in strategic solution architecture within the telecom sector Proficient in TIBCO EMS 7 x 8 x BW 5 x 6 x ActiveSpaces APIX Adapters SDK Skilled in Java JMS Oracle SQL caching encryption microservices and security standards Strong understanding of CDM and TMF models Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders Demonstrated ability to lead under pressure and deliver high-quality outcomes Experience in design thinking and mentoring technical teams Holds a degree in Electronics Telecommunication
