Job Overview

Seeking a target-driven Deputy Placement Manager to lead student placements across IT, BPO/KPO, and Banking sectors. The role involves driving placement numbers, building employer connections, and ensuring students are job-ready.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve placement targets across sectors (Total: 650 students).
  • Conduct 2–3 placement drives per week and ensure strong conversion rates.
  • Build and manage employer tie-ups through portals like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed.
  • Guide students on resumes, interview prep, LinkedIn profiles & job readiness.
  • Conduct counselling sessions and maintain active communication groups.
  • Track placements, interview outcomes, and maintain reports.
  • Support students during joining and handle post-placement follow-up.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years experience in placements, recruitment, or HR.
  • Strong communication, counselling, and networking skills.
  • Target-oriented with the ability to manage multiple drives.
