Sri Ramakrishna Specialty Hospitals Pvt Ltd is a 35-bedded NABH Entry-Level accredited multispecialty hospital in Trichy offering 24 7 emergency care modular operation theatres and advanced diagnostic facilities We are committed to delivering compassionate and quality healthcare We are looking for a dedicated Ward Secretary to join our team and support smooth ward operations patient services and documentation in compliance with NABH standards Key Responsibilities Handle patient admission transfer and discharge procedures Maintain ward records census bed-occupancy reports and death registers Coordinate with doctors nursing staff billing and other departments for patient needs Assist in death registration by preparing required documents and liaising with municipal authorities Provide and manage patient feedback forms support the quality team in review collection and reporting Maintain an organized filing system for medical records consent forms and other documentation Ensure timely requisition of stationery and ward supplies Support NABH documentation and audits as required Requirements Education Graduate in any discipline Diploma in Hospital Administration preferred Experience 1-2 years in a similar hospital administrative role Freshers with good communication and computer skills will be considered Skills Good communication in Tamil and English Basic knowledge of hospital management software HMS and MS Office Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Empathy and professionalism in handling patients and families Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Opportunity to work in an NABH-accredited multispecialty hospital Training and career growth opportunities Supportive and professional work environment Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Work Location In person
