Job Description: Delivery Manager – Internal Projects

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead and oversee internal projects across multiple business functions. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage risks, budgets, and timelines effectively. This role requires a proactive leader who can resolve conflicts, ensure smooth project execution, and deliver results aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of internal projects across departments.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, risks, and resources effectively.
- Drive RFI/RFP processes and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Utilize appropriate project management tools and methodologies to track progress and ensure on-time delivery.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and project teams, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Proactively identify risks and conflicts, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to cross-functional teams.
- Continuously improve processes and frameworks to enhance project delivery outcomes.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong project management skills with proven experience handling multiple internal projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in risk management, conflict resolution, and budget management.
- Familiarity with RFI/RFP processes and vendor coordination.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana, or similar).
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage competing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent) preferred.
- Prior experience in ERP implementation projects will be an added advantage.
