Role Overview As a Performance Marketing Manager, you'll take ownership of our digital marketing strategy across multiple platforms, driving qualified leads, optimizing campaigns, and ensuring maximum ROI. You'll work closely with content, design, and sales teams to execute high-impact campaigns that fuel our growth in the real estate and PropTech space. Key Responsibilities - Develop, implement, and manage data-driven digital marketing campaigns to achieve business goals. - Optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, DV360, and other digital advertising platforms. - Drive qualified lead generation and customer acquisition with measurable, performance-based KPIs. - Implement and manage advanced targeting, audience segmentation, and pixel tracking strategies. - Set up and maintain accurate tracking through Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4). - Continuously analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and message alignment. - Oversee digital marketing budgets to ensure cost efficiency and ROI optimization. - Stay up to date with latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing and digital advertising. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. - Minimum 4+ years of experience in digital and performance marketing, preferably in real estate, PropTech, or B2C industries. - Proven track record managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and DV360. - Expertise in GTM, GA4, marketing automation tools, and CRM systems. - Strong understanding of tracking implementation, conversion optimization, and data analytics. - Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills. - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in fast-paced, cross-functional teams.
