The Senior Lead will also troubleshoot issues as they arise, ensuring swift resolution to minimize downtime, and will focus on scaling automation solutions to meet growing organizational demands. The Senior Lead is tasked with logging and monitoring system performance, conducting platform audits to ensure compliance and security, and nurturing strong vendor relationships to leverage external expertise and support. Key Responsibilities - Platform Management: Oversee the overall management and optimization of the Intelligent Automation and NGT platforms to ensure seamless functionality and performance. - Platform Upgrades: Execute regular platform upgrades to integrate the latest features, enhancements, and security patches, ensuring the platform remains current and effective. - Digital Worker ID Allocation: Allocate Digital Worker IDs to facilitate efficient automation processes and ensure proper resource allocation across automation initiatives. - Control Room Scheduling: Manage Control Room scheduling to optimize resource utilization and ensure that automation tasks are executed efficiently and on time. - Infrastructure Operations: Oversee platform infrastructure operations, including workload management (WLM), digital swarm coordination, reporting, backups, and access management. - Health Monitoring: Actively monitor platform health to guarantee optimal performance and reliability, identifying and addressing potential issues proactively. - Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot issues that arise within the automation platforms, ensuring swift resolution to minimize downtime and maintain operational continuity. - Scaling Automation Solutions: Focus on scaling automation solutions to meet growing organizational demands, ensuring that the platforms can support increased workloads and complexity. - Performance Logging and Auditing: Log and monitor system performance, conduct platform audits to ensure compliance with security standards, and maintain operational integrity. - Vendor Relationship Management: Maintain strong vendor relationships to leverage external expertise and support, ensuring that the organization benefits from the latest advancements in automation technologies. Additionally, the role includes actively monitoring platform health, conducting audits for compliance, and fostering a culture of innovation through training and development. By maintaining strong vendor relationships and driving change within the organization, the Senior Lead empowers teams to embrace digital transformation and enhance operational efficiency through automation. Job Specifications/Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Education & Professional Qualifications Bachelor%27s Degree master's degree preferred. Desired certifications: - ITIL Certification - Cloud Certifications - DevOps Certifications - Azure certification - RPA Developer Certification (Automation Anywhere, SAP BPA, Blue Prism, UIPath) Knowledge / Experience Progressive experience in enabling enterprise technology platforms that support business operations. Experience in maintaining and supporting automation projects within a global organization. Proven success in supporting transformational and innovative initiatives in one or more of the following areas: - Agentic Process Automation - Robotic Process Automation (RPA) - Business-Enabling Technology Platforms - Next Gen Technology Experience with RPA tools such as Automation Anywhere, SAP Business Process Automation (BPA), Blue Prism, and similar platforms. Proficiency in SQL and Python is preferred for data manipulation and automation scripting. Strong management and development skills in building collaborative relationships with third-party vendors and contractors. Previous experience in FMCG sector is desired.
