Job Description Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant - SAP Basis/ Solman/ Security The Product senior Analyst provides functional and technical expertise on the SAP MDG, SAP ECC, SAP S4Hana, SAP Fiori, SAP BTP, SAP GRC 10, SAP Solman 7.2 as in charge of design, development, deployment, further evolution and support of Global Applications products to business users, including ITIL Service Delivery process, Deliver Continuous Improvement, Deployment project roles and Service Introduction project roles.This position will always search for better and quicker delivery value back to our customers, based on Agile and DevOps ways of working and mindsets.This role will be part of the Global Applications Service Delivery team based in various hub sites. Responsibilities - Manage the demand with the business (CIPs, projects, major incidents, special requests), including address Escalation of incidents/requests/problems/demands from business - Involvement on transformational programs/projects to provide functional and technical expertise, collaborating with since the design until go live of products, including Service Introduction role when needed - Service management with 3rd Party vendors based on role model operational excellence, with overall accountability on the metrics for service (SLAs. Availability, performance, etc) - Development management with 3Rd Party vendors based on role model development excellence, with overall accountability on metrics for development - Strong collaboration with business to translate business functional requirements into actual practical and working IT solution specifications and assuring high level of satisfaction from the customers - Manage and execute technical design, development and configuration activities for products and services on SAP MDG, SAP ECC, SAP S4Hana, SAP Fiori, SAP BTP, SAP GRC 10, SAP Solman 7.2 - Identify and develop automation opportunities across the business processes and internal processes - Identify, propose and develop improvements for products and services as part of Problem Management process - Document solutions developed according to the defined rules in place, to assure global supportability - Participate and collaborate on a Community of Practices related to his functional and technical areas - Assist with change management activities, including releases and production slots. - Hands on and can do attitude - Work as part of a High performance team to delivery end to end all demands from the customers and business - Proactive mindset to propose and seek opportunities of improvement internally and for the business - Agile and DevOps mindset - Great team work - Qualifications we seek in you Minimum Qualifications / Skills - Good communication, especially in English and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work effectively in a flexible and changing environment, manages multiple activities and priorities, and work well under pressure. - Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science or Information Systems required. Preferred Qualifications/ Skills - Possess good verbal and written communication skills. - Outstanding analytical skills, ability to apply expertise to drive complex, technical, and highly commercial solutions. - Excellent customer facing skills that include conducting compelling technical briefings & demonstrations including issues, status reports and resolving impediments. - IT Background - Strong SAP MDG, SAP ECC, SAP S4Hana, SAP Fiori, SAP BTP, SAP GRC 10, SAP Solman 7.2 preferred on FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industry. Experience on Business areas will be a plus. - Understanding of the business operations processes - SAP MDG, SAP ECC, SAP S4Hana, SAP Fiori, SAP BTP, SAP GRC 10, SAP Solman 7.2 experience or same functionality products and services, as service, development or projects. - ITIL, PMI, Agile, DevOps, Scrum certifications will be a plus - Proven leadership and influencing experience with key stakeholders - Language: Fluent in English - Develops Talent - Engages Associate - Practices Breakthrough Thinking - Navigates Complex Challenge - Delivers Consistent Results - Creates Collaborative Relationships - - - - - -
