We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics Coordinator to oversee and optimize our daily logistics operations The ideal candidate will manage shipments coordinate with vendors and transporters ensure timely deliveries and maintain accurate records A keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset are essential for success in this role Key Responsibilities Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers or clients Liaise with vendors suppliers transport companies and warehouse staff Track shipments and update internal systems on delivery status Prepare and maintain shipping documents invoices ASN LR GRN etc Optimize transportation routes and cost-efficiency Resolve delivery issues delays or discrepancies proactively Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations Maintain inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed Support the procurement and sales teams with logistics input Requirements Bachelor s degree in logistics supply chain business administration or a related field preferred 1-3 years of experience in a logistics dispatch or supply chain coordination role Strong knowledge of getting goods inwarded into modern trade appointment based deliveries to be handled with precision and without mistakes Coordination with transporters likeTCI Express Gati Safexpress Bluedart and Vexpress Further coordination with customers like amazon flipkart dmart etc Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines Effective communication and negotiation skills Basic knowledge of customs import export regulations if applicable Proficient in MS Office especially Excel Job Types Full-time Permanent Work Location In person
