Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Plant HR Manager to lead the HR function at our Sangareddy plant. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing 500+ workforce, driving HR strategy, and implementing best practices to support business growth. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end HR operations for the manufacturing plant with 500+ manpower. • Drive manpower planning, talent acquisition, and workforce deployment as per production needs. • Oversee statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Factories Act, Labour Laws) and ensure zero non-compliance. • Build and maintain strong industrial relations with shop-floor employees, unions, and government authorities. • Implement HR policies, grievance redressal mechanisms, and disciplinary processes. • Lead employee engagement, retention strategies, and welfare initiatives at the plant. • Ensure seamless payroll management, attendance, and time office administration. • Drive training & development initiatives to upskill workforce and build future leaders. • Act as a strategic partner with plant leadership to align HR practices with business goals. • Maintain a safe, productive, and compliant workplace in line with HR & EHS standards. Requirements • MBA/MSW in HR or related field from a reputed institute. • 10-15 years of proven HR experience in a manufacturing/plant environment. • Strong exposure to handling 500+ workforce in a plant setup. • Expertise in IR, statutory compliance, and employee welfare. • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to handle pressure, resolve conflicts, and influence stakeholders. • Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office.
