Job Description Role Objective: Support sourcing and supply chain activities for propulsion systems and composite materials, while gaining hands-on exposure to procurement processes, supplier management, and technical validation. Key Responsibilities - Assist in supplier identification and evaluation for motors, drives, and composite materials. - Support cost analysis and documentation for procurement activities. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams (R&D, QA, Production) for material validation. - Maintain and update supplier databases and procurement records. - Learn and contribute to inventory tracking and logistics planning. - Participate in process improvement initiatives under guidance of senior SCM managers. Qualifications - Bachelor's in Mechanical/Electrical/Materials Engineering or Supply Chain Management. - Strong interest in propulsion systems, composites, and advanced manufacturing. - Good analytical, communication, and documentation skills. - Eagerness to learn supplier negotiation, cost optimisation, and technical validation processes.
